One step forward, no steps back

The Labor Day weekend marks the unofficial end of summer. And here in blow-up-bed and thermoelectric cooler-land, it marks a renewal of activity on the Mythical Renovation - which may someday move from myth to reality. Or so I've been told.

Jay took the days before and after the Labor Day weekend off (which in itself should be reason for declaring a National Holiday). During that time, he got some much-needed sleep, worked during the weekend, and put in some serious time preparing the "spec" that describes each bit of work to be done and each product to be used. Fridge, fittings, furnishings, drywall, dishwasher and all the data necessary to do the job exactly as Jay envisions it.

We made some more drawing modifications, this time to add an essential element for NYC life - windowshades! It's looking like a home might come out of all of this, and an interesting one at that....
